Bustani Ikwiriri Farm

Estate Overview

  • Total land area: 920 acres
Primary use: Commercial irrigated fruit and horticulture production
    Development model: Phased, infrastructure-led rollout

The estate is being developed as a single, integrated agricultural platform supported by centralized irrigation systems, standardized field operations, and professional management oversight. This structure enables efficient resource allocation, consistent production planning, and scalable expansion as development phases progress.

Bustani Ikwiriri Farm is a large-scale irrigated fruit estate developed as a standalone operating company within the Bustani platform. The project is built around reliable water access, commercial production systems, and professional on-site management to support consistent yields and operational stability.

Designed as both a productive farming asset and a long-term land-based investment, the estate balances annual revenue generation with orchard value growth. Diversified cropping and structured rotation planning help manage biological and market risks while maintaining soil productivity and land utilization.
